I created this website after my negative experience with All American Towing. My goals for this site are:

• Document and share my personal experience with All American Towing
• Provide evidence of the damage caused to my vehicle
• Help other consumers make informed decisions
• Advocate for accountability in the towing industry
• Inform others about their rights when a towing company damages their vehicle

This site is not affiliated with All American Towing in any way. It represents my personal experience and opinion based on documented events that occurred during my interaction with the company.

Beyond sharing my personal experience, this site aims to educate consumers about their rights when dealing with towing companies. Many people are unaware of the regulations that govern towing services and the responsibilities these companies have toward their customers.

For example, many consumers don't know that towing companies are legally required to:

• Carry commercial liability insurance
• Provide their insurance information when they damage your vehicle
• Handle your vehicle with proper care
• Not threaten or intimidate customers pursuing legitimate damage claims

By understanding your rights and the proper procedures for addressing issues with towing companies, you can better protect yourself and your property.

My experience with All American Towing began when I needed to have my car towed. During the loading process, the tow truck operator damaged my front bumper in two ways: first by allowing it to scrape against the truck bed, and second by using a wood plank that punctured through the bumper, creating a hole.

When I reported this damage, the company refused to provide their insurance information—claiming they “don't do insurance”—and instead wanted to handle it informally by sending a manager to assess the damage and determine what compensation they felt was appropriate. I declined this approach and insisted on their insurance information, which they continued to refuse.

After consulting with a police officer who directed me to speak with constables at the courthouse, I filed a claim with my comprehensive insurance. All American Towing then threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay the towing invoice, despite the damage they caused.

All the information presented on this site is documented with photographs, correspondence, and other evidence. I believe in transparency and accuracy, which is why I've made these materials available.
